Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was organized on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the clubhouse . The gathering began promptly at 6:30 PM with Chairman, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the present board members.

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several strategies designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Beginning in late July, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and installation of new trees.
